LGV/HGV Terms and Conditions

1. You must complete the rigid course within 12 months from the date of booking to receive the free artic course

2. The free artic course may not be available at all our locations and you may have to travel to a different centre than you take the rigid course at

3. The free artic course does not include the DSA test fee

4. Because the free artic course will not be available at all our training locations there may be a period of waiting after you pass the rigid test before we can accommodate you onto the artic course. Because of this there is no requirement to complete the free artic course within the 12 months time limit

5. The artic course is completely free. No training days may be transferred from the artic course to either the rigid course or to any necessary retest training

6. Because the artic course is free there is no refund available to candidates that do not wish to proceed onto the artic course after passing the rigid test.

7. To qualify for this offer, you must book and pay a deposit of £250, for the Rigid course.

8. This offer does not have an expiry date, however we do reserve the right to change and/or end this offer at any time.

Definition of course duration

This offer is restricted to a four day course on a Rigid and a two day course on an Artic.

The other does not include DSA test fees.

Any additional training if needed will be charged at the current daily rate.

TLC (The Licence Centre Limited) reserves the right to not place a candidate for test if in the instructors opinion the pupil is not ready for that test.
